Good News Doulas was looking to boost their visibility by creating an online presence with a brand new website. We collaborated with them to create a brand identity that would reflect their doula business’s described aesthetic of “supportive with a good helping of fun”. Our use of playful colors, whimsical details, and quality images made for a brand package that helps them to stand out in their industry in a fresh way.
In addition to the brand package, we added a testimonials section and a resource page to add value to the site’s experience, optimize SEO, and support clients throughout their prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences.
Arlene at Cemetery Love Notes needed to create an online shop, website, and brand identity to support her new business: a steel memorial sign company. She wanted something moody and somewhat subdued: a place where someone could feel safe to process grief, learn, and find community. With the use of muted, sober colors and rich textures to produce in the site visitor the feeling of a virtual coffee shop or library, we helped Arlene to accomplish her desired aesthetic.
Since Cemetery Love Notes sells custom steel memorial signs on her website, and since the product is somewhat unique, we focused on equipping her online shop with video, images, and descriptions that would help customers understand the product and facilitate sales, along with an accompanying trifold brochure to compliment her local networking goals.
Tamara from Home Again, a nonprofit organization serving individuals reintegrating into society after incarceration, was looking to improve their donor experience by increasing the functionality on their website, developing a better communication strategy to highlight valuable programming and services they provide, and educating donors and potential donors about more ways to give.
In addition to refreshing their existing site with modern colors and a consistent theme, we added a stories page to highlight weekly programming events for donors, a central giving page so donors could easily find ways to donate, and several videos to inspire confidence in their vision and commitment to their mission.
These new spaces streamlined efforts to educate and inspire the community about Home Again’s work and increase SEO performance.
Emily from Doula Duchess needed a suite of images for use for her website as well as for other print and digital uses. This range complements and represents and expands on her brand’s warm and welcoming aesthetic.
Emily from Doula Duchess was seeking to build a greater sense of trust and visibility with her local audience and community that she serves.
Since she wanted her website to exude her warm and caring personality, we chose a pastel color scheme to reflect softness, and we highlighted her ample positive reviews from past clients. Emily also was looking for a way to capture client reviews to add to her current collection, so we created a simple form that includes everything Emily needs to streamline the client testimonial process.
Lastly, with our SEO strategy, her website is now placing in the top three results of Google searches for her type of service in her targeted client locations.

In this intermediate online group music class, online learners engage in active review from previous lessons, are presented with new content, and are given live in-class exercises to perform, which assess whether learning objectives on the slides are being met. Some gamification is incorporated into lesson components to increase learner engagement and interactivity of the content.
To foster a sense of belonging and accomplishment, learners are given an opportunity at the end of class to showcase previously introduced material in the presence of other learners.
In this gamified approach to fine art instruction, online pupils collaborate to identify genuine pieces of fine art against counterfeit versions. In the midst of gameplay, art concepts, facts about the works of art, and artist profiles are introduced. Elicitation through natural conversation and scaffolding where needed are employed to increase student engagement, assess prior knowledge, expand the topics, and allow for differentiated instruction among learners.
Artist quizzes are incorporated throughout the content to assess retention of concepts introduced about each artist during class.
